WARRANTY:
The text of this Certificate of Warranty contains the conditions of the Agreement Guarantee settled to the Consumer; these conditions don't prejudice and are respectful of the rights granted to the Consumer by Legislative Decree no. 24 of 2 February 2002, issued in implementation of Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament, as well as by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005.
Period and conditions of validity:
For all defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the product and assignable to actions or omissions of the manufacturer, BITBIKE guarantees its products, under the conditions and terms of this warranty and in accordance with the requirements of the above mentioned regulations, for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery of the goods resulting and certified by a document valid for tax purposes.
Subject matter of the Warranty:
If during the warranty period a lack of conformity of the goods due to the manufacturer's action or omission is ascertained and acknowledged, if necessary the end-user will be entitled to a refurbishment at no cost.
Exclusion clauses
The warranty doesn’t cover all components that may show a lack of conformity due to wear and tear, negligence, neglect of use and poor maintenance by the consumer due to non-compliance with what is stated and recommended in the product's user and maintenance manual. Transport damage or circumstances which, however, cannot be traced back to the manufacturer's actions or omissions. They are also not covered by warranty, except when it is shown that to be a manufacturing defect, the battery, consumable materials, and in any case all components external to the product on which the end user can intervene during use of the product. Therefore, in the event that, at the customer's request, a technical intervention is carried out by the Technical Assistance Centre workers in relation to the above, the costs of the intervention and any spare parts will be fully in charge to the customer.
Restrictions of liability
The manufacturer BITBIKE declines all responsibility for any damage that may be caused, directly or indirectly, to persons, things and animals for failure to comply with all the requirements indicated in the specific manual instructions for use.
Warranty expiration
Once the warranty period has expired, the costs of any repairs will be in charge to the customer.
